SINGING FOR WELLBEING
Soothe your soul with the power of song. Singing has been clinically shown to alleviate depression, anxiety and promote physical & emotional well-being. Sael is trained as a song-leader through the Singing Mamas organization and has been leading communal singing events for several years. She offers a variety of sessions tailored to different groups, particularly women and postpartum moms. No experience is necessary and all skill-levels are welcome.
